OUR LIFE SERVICES
Personal Choice Independent Living ensures attendant care life services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week at all three locations. We work with you to develop a goal-oriented, tenant-controlled contract for services. We provide on- or off-site training and teaching, and accompany people into the community if they need this support, for grocery shopping, to medical appointments, or other outings. Personal Choice Independent Living also offers case coordination for people seeking help with multi-agency services.
